These prices include VAT (24%)

If your address belongs to remote or inaccessible areas, and do not want to have extra charge your order will be delivered to the SPEEDEX COURIER nearest distribution point to collect it from there. You can of course in this case to ask to get your package to your door and pay the appropriate charge from the shipping company. 

In each product card will be detailed gross weight to get a general picture calculation. In cases of high volume products (Marshmallow, Lollipops, etc.)

The gross weight is calculated as (length x width x height / 5000).

You also have the possibility of a quick calculation of the cost of transport and VAT (depending on your location), when adding products to the cart.

3. Abroad Shipping

Shipping costs to foreign countries are calculated as appropriate depending on the zone to which the country belongs to which the supply is.

Estimation Time Delivery

Purchases made through our e-shop, are shipped via the Courier Company we are cooperating with, to your space and address in time of 3 to 5 days, (except for circumstancial products that need more time to delivered). Shipping is established via agency or courier company. 

Force Majeure

If in every case for any reason (like bad weather or strike) is not possible the fullfillment of your order in the estimated time of delivery, which we promised,we wil contact with you to inform you for the situation, so to tell us if you want to proceed with your order or not.
